Samuel Call was the beginning of the Call family's distilling tradition. His craft established a legacy passed from one generation to the next, ultimately reaching his direct descendant, Jacob Call. Today, that family name returns to the bottle, honoring where the tradition began, and the generations that carried it forward.

The Eighth Generation
Jacob Call is an eighth-generation Kentuckian and an eighth-generation Master Distiller. Born into one of the Commonwealth's enduring distilling families and a direct descendant of Samuel Call, bourbon is more than Jacob's profession. It is birthright and craft alike, entrusted to him by the generations who came before.
Throughout his career, Jacob has helped restore historic whiskey names, build modern Kentucky distilleries, and create bourbons recognized for their quality and character. Samuel Call Bourbon brings that experience home, a personal expression of the family tradition he carries forward today.
